We recognise that in contracting out part or all of your administration function, there are key factors that you need to consider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Contractual Arrangement<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sort Out Stuff Practice Management (all staff\/contractors of SOS) is bound by a Confidentiality Agreement signed with the adviser which agrees to keep all business\/client information released to SOS strictly confidential and secure. Furthermore, SOS has a good understanding of the regulatory environment you are working in and has the skills to work within these standards. SOS is bound by the Privacy Act (2020), is covered by Professional Indemnity Cover and has a reliable cyber security system supported by an IT professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Record Keeping<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n All record keeping is filed within the adviser’s own CRM\/shared file system and nothing is held by SOS. By keeping client files in the adviser’s CRM, the adviser has access at all times to any work carried out by SOS and can audit the quality of work at any given time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. The Agreement<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The adviser is not locked into a contract with SOS and can, at any time they choose, opt to stop using the services of SOS without the inconvenience of having to give a termination period and retrieve\/move their client files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.
